"I would like to recommend Dhruv Avdhesh for any opportunities deem to be fit for his professional growth in the area of UX/UI development, graphic designing, social media marketing and entrepreneurial pursuits. During the course of this internship with Human Circle, I have watched him grow into a capable, vibrant and confident person. Dhruv is very inquisitive and approaches each day as a new opportunity to succeed. His technical and design skills are good and he is good in taking new initiatives. This distinguishes him from the other students. Dhruv was a part of the tech, design and media team for 3 Young India Challenge (YIC) events and is also one of the top ambassadors the #DoWhatYouLove (DWYL) movement. He was an integral part of the organising teams that successfully executed the events and campaigns. By now he has attended 4 YICs and was the ‘Most Innovative’ delegate for the first one hosted at IIT Delhi in Oct-Nov 2014. A part of the winning prize for Dhruv was the Human Circle scholarship for our ‘Enlightened Minds Program’ in which he actively participated. His role and responsibility included the web development and management of our websites www.youngindiachallenge.com and www.humancircle.in. Both the websites were done to our satisfaction and within the given timelines. Dhruv’s entrepreneurial outlook is good we are happy that he has created his own website www.dhruvavdhesh.net to work independently with his clients. Dhruv has also managed a couple of our media partners and that supported the growth of our organisation. During this internship, he also took up several pro-active initiatives like picture campaigns, video-editing, approaching schools for YICs and others. Dhruv will be an invaluable asset to a company and add value in a relevant role."
